RIP Monster, the Brooklyn Brewery cat.
I took this photo of him earlier this month, while feeling a little silly for taking yet another cat photograph. It is sad to think that the next time I am at the brewery it will be without his stoic company. He will be missed by many.
I will truly miss that cat. It’s silly how much that cat represents my love for that place and of Brooklyn. I remember my first trip to Brooklyn, when I visited the brewery before seeing Sonic Youth. How he just walked around like he ran the place(which he did). He really made the place special. Bless that cats soul.
Rest in peace, Monster.
Saw this beast last Friday, sad business. until we meet again my cat friend.
